  • A 4 year degree (including B Tech degree) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or
  • A BSc degree with Environmental specialisation or
  • A B-degree in Industrial Psychology or B-degree in Human Resource Management

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow a programme to gain workplace experience in the field of organisational development
  • Execute project-based work related to succession planning and human resource development
  • Work in designated areas according to the Mine’s Standard Operating Procedures
  • Work according to the applicable Policies and Procedures
  • Submit progress reports to supervisors for assessment
