Our client, a large international digital marketing company is looking for Spanish speaking campaign manager to join their international team. Experience working in a top tier digital marking firm, with an awesome working environment in the Cape Town CBD.
Day to day tasks would involve the booking, troubleshooting and optimisation of online campaigns for a host of international customers. Additionally, the successful candidate would be managing and monitoring online campaigns while advising and providing feedback on how to optimise results.
Knowledge and experience

  • Strong conversational Spanish ability
  • MUST have a passion for online marketing
  • Tertiary education (diploma or degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent knowledge of DFP is preferable or any other ad-server
  • A firm understanding of the Google product stack on the Publisher’s side and how products interlink
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript
  • Tertiary education (diploma or degree)

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Management of campaigns
  • Checks and schedule creative to ensure timely start and full delivery of campaigns
  • Handles inventory requests
  • Accurately books the campaigns successfully and error free
  • Intermediates with publishers to streamline campaigns
  • Is able to troubleshoot independently and find solutions to complex issues such as 3rd party creative and tagging issues
  • Systematically organises and completes detailed tasks including correct registration of time spent per campaign.
  • Understands the ad serving process and is able to work independently with publisher systems and add-on products
  • Controls the campaign results periodically and reports the outcome to the clients
  • Gives advice to clients how to improve campaigns (optimisation)
  • Be back up for colleagues during absence and work overload
  • Accurate time registration

  • Understands the monetization process and is able to work independently with the system
  • Has the ability to perform tasks associated with monetization
  • Complete set-ups and tag generation correctly
  • Daily monitoring of accounts and revenue
  • Ability to manipulate coverage
  • Ability to manipulate floor-prices
  • Ability to provide insights to improve performance
  • Controls the campaign results periodically and reports the outcome to the clients
  • Gives advice to clients how to improve campaigns (optimisation)
  • Ability to set-up Private Marketplaces
  • Complete successful set-up and liaise with buyer and seller
  • Complete successful set-up and liaise with buyers and seller
  • Advise management on ad serving solutions, highlight operational issues and set guidelines for ad operations process
  • Liaising with clients and internal sales teams and ensuring that communication flows effectively
